Brett Carlson

Brett has lived and worked in the Bay Area/Peninsula his entire life. Having grown up in Palo Alto, he attended Gunn High School. Continuing his education at San Francisco State University, where he received his B.S. in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing. Over the years he has lived in various cities throughout the peninsula and is currently a 25-year resident of Redwood City. Having raised two children, he is familiar with the school districts in the area, differing neighborhoods and amenities. Brett has an intimate knowledge of community offerings and can give a first-hand perspective to clients.


With a background in sales and advertising spanning over 30 years, he has a seasoned viewpoint that he brings to the real estate transaction. His success over the years has been driven by being customer-centric: focused on the needs of his clients, listening to their concerns, and partnering with them to deliver results.
